Refund Policy
Foodify is sold as source code, deployed for you, and owned by you. This policy explains exactly when refunds apply, so there are no surprises on either side.
Effective date: October 12, 2026 · Last updated: October 12, 2026
1. Our Approach
Foodify is sold as source code, deployed for you, and owned by you. Because a source-code purchase is a digital product that cannot be “returned” once you have it, our refund rules are built around one idea: you can always back out before you receive the code, and you are protected if we fail to deliver what we promised in writing. This policy explains exactly when refunds apply so there are no surprises on either side.
2. At a Glance
- Free registration and dashboard access — Nothing to refund; no payment is taken
- You cancel before we deliver the source code and begin deployment — Full refund
- We can not deploy Foodify on your server for reasons on our side — Full refund, after a fix period (see Section 5)
- What we delivered materially differs from the written confirmation you agreed to — Fix at no cost, or refund if we cannot fix it (see Section 6)
- You change your mind after the code is delivered or deployment is complete — Not refundable
- Custom development — Governed by the quote you accepted (see Section 8)
- Third-party costs (hosting, domain, SMS, gateway fees) — Not refundable by us
3. Free Registration
Registering at foodify.dev is free and does not require a card. You can explore the live demo, the feature walkthrough, and the plans without paying. Because nothing is charged, there is nothing to refund. We encourage you to use this stage to confirm Foodify fits your needs before you buy.
4. Cancelling Before Delivery
Before any payment is taken, we confirm in writing what you are getting. If you decide not to go ahead after paying, you can cancel for a full refund as long as both of the following are true:
- we have not yet delivered the source code to you or given you access to it; and
- we have not yet started deployment on your server.
Send your cancellation request as described in Section 10, ideally within 7 days of payment. Once the source code has been delivered, this section no longer applies.
5. Deployment Problems
We aim to have Foodify live on your server and domain within 3 days of receiving your server details and domain. That window starts only once we have everything we need from you, and it does not cover custom work, which runs on its own timeline.
If we are unable to deploy Foodify on your server for reasons on our side:
- you tell us, and we investigate straight away;
- we then have up to 7 additional days to complete the deployment; and
- if we still cannot, you may ask for a full refund of the amount paid for the source code and deployment.
This does not apply where the delay or failure comes from your side, for example, incomplete or incorrect server details, hosting that does not meet the stated requirements, domain or DNS access we are not given, an unavailable payment account, or changes you request during setup. In those cases, the timeline pauses until the issue is resolved.
6. Material Differences From What We Agreed
If the source code or deployment we deliver materially differs from the written confirmation you agreed to before paying (for example, a promised app, module, or feature is missing or does not work as described), tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will correct it at no extra cost. If we cannot correct it within a reasonable time, you may request a refund, which we will calculate fairly based on what was and was not delivered.
A “material difference” is a failure to deliver something we agreed in writing. It does not include changes in your own preferences, your market’s requirements, or features you assumed were included but were not listed.
7. When Refunds Do Not Apply
Once the source code is delivered and Foodify has been deployed or handed over to you, the purchase is not refundable, because the code is in your possession and cannot be returned. Refunds are also not available for:
- a change of mind, a change of business plan, or a decision not to launch;
- difficulty running, modifying or maintaining Foodify after handover, including problems caused by your own changes or by third-party software and servers;
- features or integrations that were not part of the written confirmation;
- issues caused by misuse, unauthorised redistribution or violation of the agreed terms;
- third-party charges such as hosting, domain registration, SSL, SMS, email services and payment gateway or processing fees, which you pay directly to those providers.
8. Custom Development
Custom work, such as branding changes, new features, or additional payment gateways, is quoted separately and agreed in writing before it starts. Refunds for custom work follow the terms in the quote you accepted. As a general rule:
- work that has not started is refundable in full;
- work in progress is refundable for the parts not yet completed, less the cost of what has already been done;
- work that has been delivered and accepted is not refundable.
9. Updates and Support
What updates and support are included, and for how long, is set out in your agreement before you pay. Ending or not using updates and support after the included period does not entitle you to a refund. Any support or update package you buy separately is refundable only before the service period begins.
10. How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@rovixor.com with the subject line “Refund Request”, or use the message option in your dashboard. Please include:
- the name and email address on your account;
- the date and amount of your payment, and your payment reference or receipt;
- the reason for your request and any supporting details, such as screenshots or error messages.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and let you know our decision, with reasons, within 7 business days.
11. How Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once approved, we process them within 7 business days, though your bank, card issuer or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. Where we have a legal or payment-processor reason that makes the original method impossible, we will agree an alternative with you. Any payment processing fees that the provider does not return to us may be deducted from the refund, and we will tell you before this happens.
12. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first. We will work to fix it quickly. Opening a chargeback without speaking to us makes the process slower for both sides. If a chargeback is raised for a purchase that has been delivered as agreed, we may provide evidence of delivery, including written confirmation, delivery records, and communications, to the payment provider, and we may suspend related support and updates while the dispute is open.
13. Taxes and Currency
Refunds are made in the currency you paid in. Any applicable taxes that were collected on the purchase are refunded in proportion to the amount refunded, where the law allows. Currency exchange differences caused by your bank or card issuer are outside our control.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in force when you paid applies to your purchase, unless you and Rovixor agree otherwise in writing. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
